  I ride greyhound once a month and tight now I am so upset with them,I will never buy another ticket from them ever.I will sacrifice the extra money for Amtrak.So many time they inconvenience me with being late,nasty drivers,dirty bathrooms,fast drivers.I never not 1 time complain,I get to were I got to where I have to go.I don’t work and $150 out of my pocket without even a scanned ticket is really ridiculous.ok I had the wrong date but it wasn’t even 24 hours before I realized and I couldn’t even get half my money for another ticket.I didn’t want my money back I just wanted a ticket.I will make sure that anyone I know rides greyhound NEVER ride aging.Never been so upset like this out right wrong.
