  Poor customer service and no buying protection.

  This platform is a joke!! They advertise 100% customer protection and refunds if the order I receive was damaged or incorrect. I was misled by a seller and was sent the wrong product. After offering to send the product back the seller refused and refused the refund. I applied for a refund thinking I had 100% buyers protect as the platform stated but nope! Despite providing overwhelming evidence that I was purposefully sent the wrong items, the platform denied my refund and appeals. They drug the entire process out for a month! While I was constantly uploading proof and the seller upload nothing the timer on the refund just kept restarting. I was treated like garbage and like this whole thing didn’t matter in the least., So buy at your own risk!! I will be deleting my account after my 30 day delay is up and I can get rid of it.

  No protection for buyers

  Alibaba protects its overseas sellers and does nothing for customers getting scammed for faulty products. Sellers can deny all wrongdoing and saying severe quality issues are normal and then remove their listing to relist it without negative reviews.
